About Larry
My Story
I bring over 25 years of hands-on experience delivering complex public-sector infrastructure, rail, and transit projects across the Northeast. My career has been built inside some of the most demanding transit environments in the country, supporting agencies such as NYC Transit, MTA Capital Construction, Amtrak, PATH, TBTA, LIRR, NYCDOT, DEP, DOT, DOB, DDC, the Port Authority of NY & NJ, and NYCHA.
Throughout my career, I’ve served in senior leadership, lead inspection, and construction management roles, where accountability, precision, and public safety are non-negotiable. I’ve led and implemented Quality Management Systems, overseen inspection and compliance programs, and supported capital projects from early planning through final turnover — ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Launching NexO is a natural progression of that experience. The firm was created to support transit agencies and contractors who need trusted expertise, clear oversight, and professionals who understand how infrastructure truly comes together in the field. NexO specializes in quality, safety, inspection, and construction management services that connect systems, teams, and outcomes — helping projects move forward with confidence.
At its core, my work is about connection: connecting standards to execution, design to construction, and people to purpose. NexO exists to advance rail & transit infrastructure by bringing seasoned judgment, integrity, and a forward-looking approach to every engagement.
